    About the class:
This class will use active group work to cover learning objectives and course material with little or no lectures during class time. There will also be additional assigned reading outside of class. Students will not have to meet as groups outside of class. Exams, taken closed book and individually, will make up 90% of the grade and reflect the work covered during class time and the outside reading. The exams will be made up of short answer and essay questions. The remaining 10% of the grade will come from work done in class.
