With much controversy, the Buckeyes found themselves securing the first down by a stretch. This play is still debated today if he truly made the line to gain.

The Buckeyes were lead by back up Cardale Jones, Ezekiel Elliot, and Joey Bosa on defense. This game set up the Buckeyes to squeeze into the CFP and later make their run for the national title.
