THRO: Teaching Human Rights Online is an electronic journal of interactive, peer reviewed exercises published online, ISSN 1529-2215. Each teaching problem constitutes a separate volume and receives a distinct THRO Case No. The first three volumes THRO Case No. 200-1, 200-2, and 200-3 were published in April 2000, and were also issued as a THRO CD-ROM, ISSN 1529-2207. French and Spanish editions of THRO Case No. 200-3, A Just War?: President Clinton's Response to Kosovo were published both online and on the CD-ROM version.
