This knitted gnome was based on the design of Jean Greenhowe in Knitted Toys. This is the first Gnome that I made and I followed the pattern directly, expect for the decoration which I omitted. I added the beard which is made with Lion Brand Fun Fur yarn. (The rest of the gnome is knitted with Lion Brand Wool-ease which is one of my favorite yarns to work with.)
This gnome corresponds to Heimdallr of the Norse pantheon.
