Line Art

Line art is considerably the most important part of your artwork. It is the outline of your drawing, visible depending on your style, personally I like a bit of my line work showing because it adds a raw feel. Line work can be tedious, so I'm going to show you some of the brushes I use in the video and what bare lineart looks like in my drawings. In this video I'm using a tri-opaque brush and outlining over a sketch, depending on pressure I can create light and thin lines or thick and bold ones. Line weight is especially important because of what details you can create; here is a snarled wolf, I create nose scrunches on the nose and the line weight portrays the expression.
