Overview
This section will go over the miscellaneous task that must be completed to ensure your store is audit ready.
Main Tasks
- Ensure all line magnets are up to date and frequently updated through-out the shift.
- Ensure dates and times are all written on every pan and are not expired.
- Ensure stickers with dates and times are around the store that are not expired.
- Ensure no expired product is in the store.
- Ensure everyone is wearing an appropriate uniform at all times, including aprons.
- Ensure everyone is washing their hands before putting on gloves and handling food.
- Ensure the deployment chart is filled out every day with where everyone is assigned to work and they stay in their stations at all times.
- Ensure the prep guide is filled out throughout the day.
- Ensure that the store is kept clean and tidy throughout the shift.
- Ensure all food items are being made correctly and to the proper weight, alongside being bagged properly.
