General Information
If you have ever heard the quote, "Abs are made in the kitchen", there is a logical reason for it. Its true! If you are not eating properly it does not matter how much you go to the gym, you will be forever chasing that dream physique. The concept is simple, you need to figure out how many calories you need to eat a day to either gain or lose weight. Weight Gain
In order to gain weight (some lifters will call this bulk/bulking), you must eat in a calorie surplus. This means you need to eat more calories than you are burning. Using a calorie calculator will make this easy to figure out.
Weight Loss
In order to lose weight (some lifters will call this cut/cutting), you must eat in a calorie deficit. This means you need to eat less calories than you are burning. Using a calorie calculator will make this easy to figure out.
