Pixelated Bodybuilding

About the web developer

Hello there, my name is Devyn and I am the creator of Pixelated Bodybuilding. I started working out back in September of 2017. The whole reason I got into working out was because I did not like the way my gut hung over my waist band when I sat down. What started as a way just to lose a little bit of weight turned into way more. I became obsessed with the gym. I learned lots over the past few years I have been going and created this website to help guide others on their fitness journey.

A stick figure to bodybuilder guide

Pixelated Bodybuilding was a website created to give either beginner or intermediate lifters new exercises or nutrition facts that they can add to their current workout or health regime. Under workouts in the navigation bar, there are a list of daily workout splits. You should aim to only workout the same body part twice in a 7 day period. It is important to mix up the types of exercises you are performing on each of these days. For each daily split, choose 3-4 exercises per body part. The three standard compound lifts though that you should keep in your program are the squat, bench, and deadlift (Avoid doing more than one of these compound exercises on the same day).
