This Website was made to give new comers to the gym a little bit of an idea of workouts that they can do to gain muscle on certain parts of their body. While some of this information may be very redudant for some we aim to help the people who have little if any knowledge about the Gym. If you take a look to the left of the page you will see linked pages for each of the main types of workouts. These will include a variety of different workouts and explain which body parts you are working with each one.
