We work on materials, devices, and electronics to solve problems in a disruptive way. Our interdisciplinary research covers from fundamental sciences regarding materials to engineering of devices and systems.
- Large-area deposition and additive manufacturing
- Low-cost synthesis of materials, such as ceramic, which has not been studied so far because of high temperature condition and expensive/toxic gas precursors or high vacuum requirements
- Possible target applications of deposited devices include low-power electrically-small wireless systems for wearable and implantable devices, textile-based electronics, high-power devices, water splitting devices for hydrogen production, etc.
