This is a large lapel pin that I knitted for a Knitting Weekend trip that my wife, Janice and I attended. It was sponsored by the Knitting Connection Knitting Group of Middletown, OH which I was a member of. Everyone attending the weekend was given a small 3'' canvas doll to knit an outfit for and decorate to serve as a name label. I started knitting a covering for the doll and realized that the belt had ended up in the armpits, so I simply knit the entire figure and stuffed it with poly fiberfil.
