I carved this practice peice in my Woodcarving class at the UC College of Applied Science. The Instructor, Richard Belcher is superb and I really enjoyed the course sequence. This is an example of the kind of decorative, low-relief carving typical of furniture and archetectural adornments. This is made from Cherry wood.
