My Printers
Voxelab Aquilla is a printer offered by Voxelab, which is a sub company under the printing brand Flash Forge. While they make a quality line of printers I believe their Ender 3 clone is... poorly made, to say the least. It has the same parts with small changes here and there. I have noticed that overall it was not built to last, had a much lower resolution when printing, and had multiple ahead of schedule maintenance issues, not to mention sloppy movements- so much so to where all total repairs outweighed the price of a new Ender 3 printer. Here are some things I noticed, good or bad:
- glass printing bed
- compact power supply, however it was loud.
- user support and large community base of users.
Ender 3 Pro is a 3D Printer under the Ender series by Creality. It's an entry level printer that sells for around $200. I was able to procure my printer for around $100 making it more than worth the pruchase. some such features that back are: The Ender 3 has the following features that set it apart from the Aquilla.
- magnetic print bed
- high percision motors and overall aswell better build quality
- user friendly Menu aswell and input
- quiet name brand power supply, as opposed to a no-name psu which is loud.
