Monday Wednesday Friday
On Monday/Wednesday/Friday I wake up at 6:15 am for practice at 7 am. We need to be at the pool 15 minutes early to stretch. Practice ends at 8:30 am. After practice I go to class for 2 hours then I have a hour break, Then I have my last class of the day for a hour. Finishing, I have a swim at 2 pm-3:30pm, then a hour lift at 4. After that I eat, do homework and of course sleep!
Tuesday Thursday
Practice on tuesday/Thursday start at 7 am again but it goes to 9 pm. Tuesday practices tend to be much harder than the other practices. We usally do anywhere from 6000-8000 yards on Tuesday mornings. After practice I go to my classes at 9:30 am. I finish classes at 12 pm and I will then go and grab lunch from the dinning halls. We then have lift from 4-5pm. After lift I am done for the day and I usually get food and go back to my dorm.
Weekend
On the weekend I juist have practice on saturday from 8-10am. After this we are done for the week and we get to recover until we restart the process.
