How many calories do you eat on a regular basis?

I tend to eat around 5-7 thousand calories a day. This is beacause of how much I train and how many calories I lose from training so hard. For brekfast I eat as many eggs and carbs as I can at the athlete dinning hall. For lunch I usally make myself a burito at my dorm. For dinner I will eat pasta and have a bunch of fruits and vegtibals. I try to stay away from foods with lots of sugar.

What foods do you stay away from

I stay completly away from candy. Candy is awful for you because not only will it slow you down, but it also will make you feel sick!
