It’s super moist and delicious, and would go purrfectly with a cup of coffee or tea! ☕️ Cake 💛2 3/4 cup plain flour 💛1 cup caster sugar 💛1 tbsp baking powder 💛1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt 💛3/4 cup whole milk 💛1 tsp vanilla 💛2 large eggs, beaten 💛125g unsalted butter, melted 💛1 cup apple sauce Cinnamon Swirl 🤎3/4 cup brown sugar 🤎2 tbsp cinnamon 🤎100g unsalted butter, melted Icing 🤍1 cup icing sugar 🤍50ml milk 1. Preheat oven to 175c / 350f and line a square cake pan with baking paper. Add flour sugar, and baking powder to a bowl and set aside. In a larger bowl, add yogurt, milk, vanilla, eggs, butter, and applesauce. Mixy Mix well, then add in flour mixture and mix until combined. Pour cake batter into the lined cake pan. 2. In a seperate bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter. Spoon cinnamon butter mixture on top of cake batter and swirl throughout using a knife. Bake in oven for 40-45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes. 3. While cake is cooling, mix icing sugar and milk to make icing.
