IT1050 - Fundamentals of Information Technology - Hyflex
This is an introduction into the field of information technology. We study a variety of topics including hardware, software, networking, programming, and much more.
IT1051 - Fundamentals of Digital Media
This is the chance for coders to learn the media side of web and software development. We work with a variety of tools to create and manipulate text, images, sound, video, animation and interactive media.
IT2020 - Implications of Information Technology
This class covers the impact that information technology has on society. We look at privacy, ethics, law, and more.
IT2040 - Fundamentals of Web Development
Here we look at modern front-end web development standards. We work in HTML5 and CSS3 to develop web sites that are responsive, accessible, and error free.
IT2060 - Database Management I
This class covers data management in SQL Server databases. We learn to extract and management data through writing and running a variety of queries.
IT2090 - Open Source Web Server Development
Where IT2040 delves into front-end development, IT2090 goes into backend development. This class covers form processing, expressions, back-end connections to databases, error handling, and more.
IT3060 - Database Management II
This class is a continuation of Database Management I. We learn more about creating and managing databases, normalization, security, etc.
