This was also done as an assignment for the Computer Graphics class I took. The idea was to take the work of an artist that you were interested in and create a biographic image using Adobe Illustrator of them that reflected their style, etc. I don't know a lot about Keith Haring, but I like his work which expressed humanistic concerns and by it's very nature crossed linguistic and cultural differences. Keith started as a subway artist in New York City and was arrested several times for his work in that venue.
Keith died of AIDS and left behind a large body of work.
I'd like to think that his spirit would enjoy this image which is designed to express the joyfulness of many of this pieces...
