Hotel reservation

Most speakers and participants will stay in Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Cincinnati Uptown/University Area, which is a 10-minute walk to where the symposium takes place.

Poster Session

There will be a poster session. All participants are welcome to present a poster, and we strongly recommend junior participants to do so. To present a poster, please indicate so in the registration form and send the title and abstract before April 1st to Yizao Wang.

Financial Support

We plan to provide partial financial support to junior participants, with priority to poster presenters, those who shared hotel rooms with others, and minorities. To be considered for financial support, please complete the online registration before March 1st. Please keep all your receipts for reimbursement purpose. We are currently applying for financial supports for the symposium. An update will be provided here soon.

If you are flying, transportation from the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport - CVG can be reserved through Airport Executive Shuttle. The price can be found here.
