About Me

Tingting Yu is an Associate Professor and the director of Graduate Studies in the Department of Computer Science at University of Cincinnati. She was previously a tenured Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at University of Kentucky. Dr. Yu received her Ph.D. and M.S. in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Nebraska-Lincoln at 2014 and 2010, respectively, under the supervision of Dr. Gregg Rothermel and Dr. Witawas Srisa-an. Dr. Yu received the ACM SIGSOFT Distinguished Paper Award in 2016. She was a recipient of the NSF Faculty CAREER Award in 2017. She published more than 60 refereed publications and many appeared in most competitive journals and conferences, including IEEE Transactions on Software Engineering (TSE), ACM Transactions on Software Engineering and Methodology (TOSEM), ICSE, ASE, ESEC/FSE, and ISSTA. Dr. Yu served in the organizing committee of several international conferences, including ICSE, ASE, ESEC/FSE, ISSTA, ICST. She serves on the editorial board of Empirical Software Engineering Journal. She also served in the Technical Program Committee in more than 50 conferences.
