Cincinnati Library
I've worked in the Cincinnati & Hamilton County Public Library system since early 2021, when I began as a shelver. I worked at the Mt. Washington Branch for two years, honing my skills in customer service, task-management, and attention to detail.
After my time as a shelver, I rejoined the library system as a Customer Service representative, working at various branches. In this position, I've learned to provide excellent customer service, with numerous opportunities to assist customers with technology and internet use.
The Cincinnati Library is an organization designed to connect anyone and everyone with the information they need. This covers everything from lending a book to helping someone apply for a job.
