This year's IEEE IRI conference will be held in person on the UW Bothell campus from August 4 to August 6, 2023.
It is highly recommended that all the papers be presented in person. We ask the authors of each accepted paper to fill out the Google Form (link removed) before July 21, 2023 to share with us whether the paper will be presented in person or not, and the name of the in-person presenter when applicable.
If for any reason none of the authors can be present at the conference site, you can choose to present remotely and LIVE through an online link which will be provided prior to the conference. As a back-up plan for the remote presentation option, the authors are required to share your pre-recorded video with our PC Co-Chair, Dr. Lydia Bouzar-Benlabiod (l_bouzar@esi.dz) before July 28, 2023.
Please note that no-show papers will be withdrawn from the final conference proceedings.
In all cases, please make sure your presentation doesn't exceed 15 min for a regular conference/workshop paper and 10 min for poster papers.
