We are a new lab starting Fall 2022 at University of Cincinnati! The lab space is located in Geology-Physics Building rooms 122/123Â

UC cleanroom and characterization facilities
The nearby UC Engineering Research Center Clean Room (link) is a user facility with extensive capabilities for nanofabrication and characterization. Of particular interest for our research are the tools for ebeam lithography, photolithography, metal and dielectric deposition, dry etching, SEM and AFM imaging, and X-ray diffraction.
