Technical Experience

Over the past two to three years, I have gained experience in various technical fields including computer repair, cellphone repair, diagnostics/troubleshooting, and working with different systems such as router and switch command lines, active directory, windows server, and mail server.
Currently, I work as a consultation agent at Geek Squad while also serving in the Ohio Army National Guard where I handle encryption, communication systems, and network infrastructure.
In the past, I have worked at CPR (Cellphone Repair) and currently, I also do freelance work where I use my knowledge and my workshop to provide affordable repairs to friends, family, and anyone in need of technical assistance.

Schooling

Currently, I hold a high school diploma, but I am in the process of obtaining two industry-recognized certifications: Networking+ and Security+. While I intend to pursue further certifications in the future, these two are my immediate priority. In addition, I am pursuing a double major in Cybersecurity and Networking, which I believe will equip me with a comprehensive understanding of the field. As I advance in my career and education, I am excited about the opportunities and professional relationships that lay ahead.
