The dish has a root from Combodia; due to the flavor, it has been adapting to Vietnam. The noodle soup contains rice noodles, and a combination of ingredients such as cooked pork meat, quail eggs, fried shallots, garlic, and poached shrimp.

Bamboo Cooked Sticky Rice

Just like its name, the main ingredient of this dish is rice; but the special part about this recipe is that rice is placed in the hollow bamboo and cooked next to the charcoal fire. This will give the rice a wonderful level of moisture and stickness.

Burnt Rice

It is a traditonal dish from Ninh Binh using the main ingredient inluding rice, and pork floss. The rice can be leftovered and be dried in the sun for a few time to avoid the development of mold. This technique also keep the crisp texture of the rice.
