Local Transportation:

CVG airport is located about 15 miles from the University of Cincinnati campus.

Public transportation from CVG is limited: The 2X Bus provides service to downtown Cincinnati, transferring to a Metro Bus to reach the University neighborhood. Total fare is approximately $3 each way. Check both sites for detailed route and fare information.

Shared-ride shuttle service is offered by Executive Transportation at the rate of $20 one way or $30 round-trip. Call (800) 990-8841 or (859) 261-8841 for reservations.

Taxi fare to the Kingsgate Marriott or the University of Cincinnati is estimated at $32.

Local taxi companies (if you need a ride back to the airport) include:
Cincinnati Checker Cab (513) 546-0678
Yellow Cab of Cincinnati (513) 821-TAXI (8294)
A Taxi Inc. (513) 984-8484
Ron's Cab Services (513) 921-4222

Walking Directions from the Kingsgate Marriott:

All conference talks are in 301 Braunstein Hall, located directly under the green letter "B" on the route map.

The highlighted path is 9/10 of a mile. You will probably take the walking path between University Hall and Procter Hall, and also use sidewalks instead of the center of the street.
Here is a more detailed map of the West Campus (containing Braunstein Hall).
Here is a more detailed map of the Medical Campus (containing the Kingsgate Marriott).

Driving Directions from the Garfield Suites:

Parking on campus in the Clifton Court garage is $5/day, and in the Stratford Heights garage (on the west side of Clifton Ave.) for $3/day. See map. Street parking may also be available nearby.

The hotel main entrance is at 2 Garfield Place (corner of Vine).

The parking garage is located on W. 9th St between Race and Vine.

Please note that some of the downtown streets are one-way, including 9th St. (westbound) and Vine St. (northbound).

Walking Directions to the Conference Dinner

The highlighted path is 1 mile.

If you drive, there is somewhat limited street parking nearby on Clifton and Ludlow Avenues.

There are two parking lots on Howell Avenue in the first block west of Clifton. One is a free lot attached to the IGA supermarket (but currently open even to non-IGA shoppers). Next door is a private parking lot which is free for the first hour and $1/hour thereafter provided you validate your ticket at Olives when you leave.

The Ohio River Analysis Meeting is a joint project of the University of Cincinnati Department of Mathematical Sciences and the University of Kentucky Department of Mathematics.

It is made possible by additional generous support from the University of Cincinnati and the National Science Foundation.
