Hello! Our webiste offers many key fuctions that the average workout enthusist would enjoy.

A list of a few of our main fuctions;

A BMI calculator which allowes you to gauge if you're at a healthy weight or not. While a BMI calculator is not perfect due to diffrent body types and muscle mass, it is still a very usful tool.
An extensive list of diffrent workout types and nutritional facts.
A calendar to help keep track of your workout routine and diet.
