Experience	Description
IT Help Desk Intern - Lake Shore Cryotronics (May 2023 - Present)	Using Manage Engine Service Desk, ADManager, and Endpoint Central to manage company devices. Responsible for several running projects like patching, editing group policy, and upgrading computers to Windows 11. Successfully rolled out multiple software upgrades including upgrading Solidworks 2020 to 2023. Along with that, rolling out an upgraded ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software to 500+ endpoints. Designed and implemented new app control and device control policies. Along with this, I write Powershell scripts to automate deployments, configure software packages, and make registry configurations.
IT Technician Intern - Canal Winchester High School (August 2022 - May 2023)	Requires assessing technology needs throughout the day and defining the best approach to addressing or solving the problem in the District Chrome Depot or classrooms. This includes repairing Chromebooks and troubleshooting teacher computers. Along with that, maintain several running projects that address problems or solutions in educational technology integration. In addition to assisting over 1,000 students and teachers with technology needs. The Chrome Depot includes possessing strong communication and critical thinking skills needed to support customers’ IT needs.
