We focus on teaching the fundamentals of physical chemistry to undergraduate chemistry majors and graduate students. Those fundamentals include: quantum mechanics and spectroscopy, thermodynamics and statistical mechancis, kinetics, electrostatics, and biophysics.
In the spring semester of 2017 TLB will teach a course "Sustainable Energy in Society and Chemistry's Role" as a graduate special topics course. Work on this course is funded in part by an NSF grant.
