Lisa received her Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree from Simon Fraser University in 2014. She is currently a rising 2nd year student in the Clinical Psychology doctorate program at UC. Lisa’s research interests are broadly focused on LGBTQ relationship functioning. She is currently working on a project that explores the impact of parental divorce on the well-being of women’s same-sex relationships.

Lisa is also involved with the evaluation of a newly developed smoking cessation treatment for couples that is supplemented with relationship education. For her Master’s thesis, Lisa plans to conduct a longitudinal study examining how sexual agreements might predict later relationship functioning in a sample of men in same-sex relationships.
