Welcome to Cincinnati Community Cat Resource, or CCCR. This website contains information on community cats, which are unowned, unsocialized cats that live outdoors. CCCR helps teach Cincinnati residents how to properly identify a community cat; trap, neuter, and return a cat to the community; build insulated shelters and feeding stations; and provide long-term care for community cats on a resident's property.
