CCCR was created as a resource for Cincinnati residents who wish to help improve the lives of community cats. With a small investment of time and money, residents can create a warm, dry place for a community cat to call home.
Most of the information on this site comes from the experience of a Cincinnati resident who has been caring for community cats for over five years. The TNR, shelters, feeding stations, and care tips information has proven to work for this resident. Even so, CCCR strongly recommends that residents interested in caring for community cats properly research the financial and time demands of such an endeavor.
This website was created for the Fall 2019 IT2040C final project for an IT minor at University of Cincinnati. The information herein is not intended to replace proper veterinary care or proper legal advice. Please consult a veterinarian if you are caring for a sick or injured animal. Please consult your local SPCA or equivalent organization for proper advice on local ordinances and laws regarding community cats.
