Brief Instructions

Two approaches to solve the case problem:

1. Advocay, role playing option. Study the background information, additional facts, and legal authorities. Identifythe best legal authority and supporting evidence that supports each side. In order to receive a score you must have a forms-capable browser.

2. Judgment option. Study as much or as little of the background information, additional facts, and legal authorities as you need before deciding the case for either Bosnia or Yugoslavia. Select only those items on each menu that you want to investigate and move directly to decide when ready.

A note about Scoring:

Your advocacy will be scored on a scale of 100. You start with a score of 10 and there are eighteen choices that count five points each. Five points are awarded for each correct decision about the suitability of different arguments, evidence and legal authority that support eachside. After choosing arguments and submitting the form you'll see your score.
