Networking Lab Rules

The administration at UCBA has taken away our Networking Lab, and even though they promised to 
provide a replacement, has provided nothing of the sort. Other disciplines have labs, but it has 
been deemed that a Networking lab is not relevant to your education and experience.

Thus, there are no Lab Rules.
