A block of rooms have been reserved in Marian Spencer Hall, a newly renovated dormitory located in the center of campus. All rooms are configured in 2-bedroom Suites, and attendees can book either one bedroom in a Suite for $68/night or a shared bedroom in a Suite for $34/night. Linen service can be ordered for $15 for the week. All on-campus rooms must be booked via the Registration page.

In addition, there are two hotels located adjacent to campus: The Hampton Inn, and The Kingsgate Marriott Conference Center. Both are within a short 10-minute walk from the Physics Department. To reserve a room at one of these hotels, please call them directly and tell them you're visiting the UC Physics Department. There are also two Bed and Breakfasts located within walking distance to campus: The Clifton House, and Gaslight Bed and Breakfast. These B&B's offer a slightly discounted rate for visitors to the Physics Department.

Finally, on the Registration page you can also buy a weekly pass to the University's Recreation Center, which is a state-of-the-art fitness facility with an indoor track, swimming pool, several weight rooms, and numerous stationary bicycles, ellipticals, treadmills, etc.
