Push Day
When someone is referring to the gym and says that they have a "Push Day" coming up this means that their workout will consist primarily of pressing movements. These include Bench Pressing, Tricep Pushdowns, Shoulder Press, and many more. Pressing workouts that are primarily done on "Push Days" will bias the Chest, Triceps, and Some Parts of the Deltoids muscles primarily.
Pull Day
When someone is reffering to the gym and say that they have a "Pull Day" coming up this means that their workout will consist primarily of pulling movements. These include Chest Supported Rows, Dumbell Curls, Reverse Pec Flys, and many more. Pulling workouts that are primarily done on "Pull Days" will bias the Back, Biceps, and Rear Deltoid muscles primarily.
Leg Day
When someone is reffering to the gym and say that they have a "Leg Day" coming up this means that their workout will consist primarily of Leg movements as the name infers. These include Barbell Back Squats, Leg Extensions, Seated Hamstring Curls, and many more. Leg workouts will again as the name infers, bias the leg muscles including Quadriceps, Hamstrings, Calves, and Gluteal muscles primarily.
