IEEE IRI'23 has three types of accepted paper, including (1) full conference paper, (2) poster, and (3) workshop paper. It is important that at least one author per accepted paper registers at the Author Paper Registration rate on or before July 3rd, 2023, 11:59pm (Pacific Time). An author registration includes the submission of up to six pages for FULL CONFERENCE paper (extra charge for additional two pages at a cost of US$150 per page; no more than eight pages would be allowed), two pages for POSTER (no additional page would be allowed), and the WORKSHOP paper page limit varies (EMRITE'23: 8 pages; AIHC'23 and TechAAL'23: 6 pages; no additional page would be allowed for workshop paper).
Reduced (student and life member) rates are NOT available for publishing authors.
At least one author must register at a full registration rate and attend the conference to present the paper. Papers of authors who fail to attend and present their papers will immediately be removed from further consideration for inclusion in the proceedings and the planned journal special issues.

Registration fees for conference as well as workshops include access to entire conference and the social events.
Accepted paper authors need to select registrant type as Author. In addition, Paper ID and Paper Title must be provided for each accepted paper. Please refer to this document for paper ID, page limit, and paper title.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Author Registration: At least one author of an accepted paper must register at author paper registration rate per the paper registration policy above in order for paper to be included in the conference and workshop proceedings. If complete payment is not received by the author registration deadline July 3rd, 2023, the paper will be pulled out from the proceedings of IRI 2023. Such author registrations are Non-Refundable.
Other Attendees: Cancellations/refund request should be made in writing to Yongjin Lu (ylu2@oakland.edu). 50% of the registration fee is refundable if the cancellation/refund request is made BEFORE July 5th, 2023, 11:59 PM (Pacific Time). NO Refunds will be made after July 5th, 2023, 11:59 PM (Pacific Time).
Visa Policy: To request a visa letter, the author should provide the following information and send a visa letter request to Yongjin Lu (ylu2@oakland.edu): (1) Paper Title, list of Authors in the paper, and (2) Full Name of the attendee, Affiliation, Address, Passport No. and Nationality.
