IEEE IRI'22 has three types of accepted paper, including (1) full conference paper, (2) poster, and (3) workshop paper. It is important that at least one author per accepted paper registers at the Author Paper Registration rate on or before July 3rd, 2022 (Pacific Time). An author registration includes the submission of up to six pages for FULL CONFERENCE paper (extra charge for additional two pages at a cost of US$150 per page; no more than eight pages would be allowed), two pages for POSTER (no additional page would be allowed), and the WORKSHOP paper page limit varies (DIM'22 and EMRITE'22: 8 pages; AIHC'22 and TechAAL'22: 6 pages; no additional page would be allowed for workshop paper).
Virtual Attendee rate ($50) is NOT available for publishing authors.
At least one author must register at the Author Paper Registration rate ($375 early rate or $500 after June 26th) and remotely attend the conference to present the paper. Papers of authors who fail to remotely attend and present their papers will immediately be removed from further consideration for inclusion in the proceedings and the planned journal special issues.
To submit up to four (4) additional papers, the cost is $225 for the 1st additional paper (Early Rate) and $150 for the 2nd ~ 4th additional paper (Early Rate). The cost will be $300 for the 1st additional paper (Standard Rate) and $200 for the 2nd ~ 4th additional paper (Standard Rate) after June 26th (Pacific Time Zone).

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Author Registration: At least one author of an accepted paper must register at author paper registration rate per the paper registration policy above in order for paper to be included in the conference and workshop proceedings. If complete payment is not received by the author registration deadline July 3rd, 2022, the paper will be pulled out from the proceedings of IRI 2022. Such author registrations are Non-Refundable.
Other Virtual Attendees: Cancellations/refund request should be made in writing to Dr. Wei-Bang Chen (wchen@vsu.edu). No Refunds will be made after July 5th, 2022.
