The homepage for the GIS Data for the state of Maine can be found here. All of the data is located here, which can also be linked through the homepage by clicking on the DATA tab to the left of the page. This is a really nice website that gives details about all of the layers that they offer for download. Most of the layers are given in 24k or 100k. It also has a really helpful search option on the data page which makes it very user friendly for locating data. The site overall seems to be updated daily and gives news about recent updates and additions of new data.
