Pico Commands

To create or edit a file:
pico pathname/filename.extension, or just pico filename.extension

To exit or save your changes, hold the [Ctrl] button and press
the [X] key.

You will be asked if you wish to save your changes. If you choose
'Y' for yes, you will be prompted for the file name. The current
filename is given by default.

To cut a line of text, hold the [Ctrl] button and press
the [K] key.

Many other options are shown at the bottom of your screen.

Many telnet environments allow you to copy text with the mouse and paste
it at the cursor location. Not the mouse pointer, the cursor.
They can be in different places. You must choose these options from
the menu.

Pretty much, that is all you need to know. You may now go by the
title 'geek'. You will get used to it, I did long ago.
