Trig identity of use here is $\cos(\alpha-\beta)=\cos\alpha\cos \beta+\sin\alpha\sin\beta$


According to WolframAlpha, the solution of the initial value problems $u''+4u=0$, $u(0)=2$, $u'(0)=2$ is $$u=2\cos(2t)+\sin (2t)$$ Determine the amplitude and the phase of this motion.
Hint: Write this answer in the form $u=R\cos(2t-\delta)$ and write the decimal values of $R$ and $\delta$.
