Tag Library Components

• First, put your .jsp in the webapps directory.  You may create a subdirectory, just make sure it is in webapps.
• Next, put the class handlers in the webapps\WEB-INF\classes directory, and create directories for the approrpiate directory structure.
• Now, the TLD.
• If you want the taglib directive to access the .tld file directly, put it somewhere in the webapps directory, and set the uri argument to the appropriate relative directory and filename.
• If you would rather point the URI to your web.xml file, edit WEB-INF\web.xml.  Put the .tld somewhere under that directory structure, and create the appropriate tags in web.xml to direct Tomcat to the location of the tld.
