Class 1, Part 2
Intro to Java 30-IT-396
Applet Tags
You can now add some applet tags to your HTML arsenal.
<APPLET> surrounds the applet, and can have properties.
WIDTH and HEIGHT are common, and define the size of your applet.
CODE specifies the name of the class of your Applet.
So your final tag might look like: <APPLET CODE = "LastClass.class" WIDTH=300 HEIGHT=300>
You can pass parameters with the <PARAM> tag.
PARAM has attributes NAME and VALUE, so that your applet can identify the parameter and retrieve its value.
PARAM tags are nested in APPLET tags.
A PARAM tag might look like: <PARAM NAME="temp" VALUE="35">
