Automatic
Electrophoresis System DESCRIPTION The
Automatic Electrophoresis System (AES) integrates the electrophoresis
tank, the power supply, the measuring devices, the control device, the
buffer cooling system, and the automatic buffer loading system. It
has the advantages of easy to use, powerful, low cost, and small in size.
|
||
The
circuit of this system is made up of three different components, the power
supply unit, the control unit, and the keyboard/display unit. All
functions of the system (such as keyboard input, LCD display, power supply
control, loading and unloading of buffer for electrophoresis, measuring,
timing and alarming, etc) are controlled by a micro-controller. At the same time,
the different components of the system are connected with each other via
the I2C bus, which simplifies the circuit structure, and
reduces the size of the circuit board. |

FEATURES
1.
The buffer for electrophoresis is
loaded-to/unloaded-from the electrophoresis tank automatically when
electrophoresis is started/ended; thus avoiding any contact between the
operator’s hand and liquid when placing/removing the gel into/from the
tank. 2.
The operator can enter the
voltage, current, time, and other settings for the electrophoresis process
through the keyboard directly; make the system very easy to operate. 3.
Two modes available, the
constant-voltage mode and the constant-current mode. 4.
The system can preload
and store up to twelve (12) programs. They can be run directly when about
to run gel. 5.
The system includes an eight-digit (8)
LCD display that can show information about the mode, voltage, current,
temperature, time, and other messages. While running gel, the voltage and
the current measures can be displayed on
the screen, or, the time and the temperature can be displayed on the
screen. Those two also can be displayed alternately. 6.
Real-time display the temperature
of the buffer. 7. An automatic buffer fan-cooling
system is available. The fan is turned on whenever the temperature of the
buffer exceeds a pre-defined value. 8.
The AES has other
features such as buffer detection, electrophoresis tank lid lock,
automatic voltage regulation when output voltage overloads,
over-current/overload automatic shutdown protection, etc. SPECIFICATIONS

Multi-Output
Separately-Adjustable Electrophoresis Power Supply DESCRIPTION
The
Multi-Output Separately-Adjustable Electrophoresis Power Supply has four
(4) power outputs. The program for every output can be set and saved
separately. FEATURES 1.
Four
(4) power outputs. Each output can be in either constant voltage mode or
constant current mode. The voltage, current, and timing of each output can
also
be set separately. 2.
The
four (4) outputs can be turned on simultaneously, while each output can
also be turned on/off separately, regardless of whether the others were
running 3.
Every
output has a jack for temperature measuring and a jack for controlling the
output. 4.
The
LCD display has a backlight, offers high brightness. The mode, voltage,
current, temperature, and timing information can be all displayed
simultaneously. Other character-based information can also be displayed. 5.
The
power supply has a user-friendly interface. The voltage, current, timing,
and other information of each output can all be set through the menu
interface, which makes it easy and convenient to use. 6.
Each
output can switch between the constant voltage mode and the constant
current mode. 7.
Each
output can preload and save up to one hundred (100) programs. They can be run
directly when about to run gel. 8.
The
power supply also has features such as automatic voltage regulation when
output voltage overloads and over-current/overload automatic shutdown
protection. 9.
The
power supply is small in size and light. Its costs are low. SPECIFICATIONS
Output Voltage Range: 10V to 300V w/ 1V intervals Output Current Range: 5mA to 250mA w/ 1mA intervals (each output) Timing Range: 0min to 999mins w/ 1min intervals Temperature Range: 0°C to +125°C (32°F to
+257°F) Voltage
and Current Accuracy: 1%

Mini Electrophoresis Power Supply DESCRIPTION
The
Mini Electrophoresis Power Supply is very small in size; its dimensions
are 4 in. x 4 in. x 1 3/4 in. (length
x width x height). It uses a
three-digit (3) LED display, and its circuit is simpler and cheaper to
make. It has one (1) pair of jacks for power output, one (1) jack
for temperature probe (for temperature measuring), and one
(1) jack for controlling the power supply. FEATURES 1. The operator can enter the voltage, current, time, and other settings for the electrophoresis process through the keyboard directly; make the system very easy to operate. 2. Two modes available, the constant-voltage mode and the constant-current mode 3. The system can store up to twelve (12) programs. They can be run directly when about to run gel. 4. The voltage, current, temperature, and timing information can be displayed, one at a time, on the LED display. They also can be displayed alternately. 5. The power supply also has other features such as automatic voltage regulation when output voltage overloads, over-current/overload automatic shutdown protection, etc. 6. The power supply is small in size and light. Its costs are low. SPECIFICATIONS Output
