2018 Belle II Summer School

University of Cincinnati
Cincinnati, Ohio, USA

July 24-28, 2018

The 2018 US Belle II Summer School will be hosted at The University of Cincinnati July 24-28, 2018. The purpose of the school is to help students, postdocs, and even senior researchers get started and make progress on Belle II analyses, either studying a physics channel or studying detector performance. The School will cover physics topics, computing, and Belle II software in a hands-on tutorial format. In addition, we are planning to have several phenomenologists give presentations on promising physics channels: Jure Zupan, Wolfgang Altannshofer, Joachim Brod, Stefania Gori, and Alex Kagan. The School is hosted by the US groups and the traditional purpose is to train US researchers; however, the school is open to all Belle II collaborators and we welcome attendance from across the collaboration.
