Biographical sketch

Linda Lee received her Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where her studies emphasized organic speech disorders and speech science.  She came to the University of Cincinnati in 1982.  She teaches graduate courses in voice disorders and craniofacial anomalies and is the Graduate Program Director.

Dr. Lee’s research has a clinical focus.  She often collaborates with professionals working in clinical settings, especially Joseph Stemple, Ph.D., Director and Voice Pathologist at the Institute for Voice Analysis and Rehabilitation, and Ann Kummer, Ph.D., Department Head and Speech Pathologist at Children’s Hospital Medical Center.  Their publications center on the assessment and management of voice disorders, and the effects of craniofacial anomalies on speech production.
