Hospitality Management Certificate at UC Home

About the Hospitality Management Program

The certificate in Hospitality Management offers traditional and non-traditional students an opportunity to obtain certification for their active participation in interdisciplinary and experiential learning in the hospitality industry. It was designed by a partnership of UC professors and industry vetrans.

 

Market:

Baccalaureate candidates who are employed either part-time or full-time in the hospitality industry and hospitality industry employees who possess a baccalaureate degree and require certification for advancement in the hospitality industry.

Resources:

The program will be administered by the Business and Commerce Department's Management Program Coordinator. The courses in the program will be the same courses offered by the department's Hotel and Restaurant Management Degree option In addition to the college's existing full-time and part-time faculty, both programs will require part-time faculty with hospitality industry expertise.
