| A NOTE ABOUT GRADUATE CREDIT HOURS: A "quarter hour" is one credit hour in a "quarter system." Colleges and universities use either "quarter" or "semester" hours. Three quarter hours is equal to two semester hours. If your professional development requirements is six semester hours, you can satisfy that requirement with nine quarter hours. Two semester hours or three quarter hours require approximately the same amount of class or project time. |
