The Great American Eclipse
|
|||||
The Great American Eclipse On August 21st, 2017 there was a total solar eclipse that was experienced by a large number in the continental United States. It was dubbed "The Great American Eclipse" because the path of totality swept across the country from west to east and only visited the United States. The path of totality stretched from coastal Oregon to coastal South Carolina. This was the first total eclipse to hit the continental US in 35 years. Here at UC Blue Ash we were not in the path of totality. We did however have a great view of a partial eclipse with 92% coverage. We hosted a viewing event during the first day of classed. Below are some of the images taken during the event.
